Tense shoulders. A restless mind. No time to slow down.

Most exercise asks you to push harder. Most apps ask you to sit still. Neither teaches your body how to move without strain.

Stanislav Ivanov

More than twenty years in the Chen and Yang lineages.

“When I teach, I teach the principle first and the shape second. A correct shape without principle is a photograph of practice. A principle, even with an imperfect shape, is practice itself.”
